About the K Club
How do I join the K Club?
Membership started at $1, or whatever a person can afford, just like Keaton said. Be kind, be courageous, be compassionate, be caring, and you're in. Start on the Get Involved page.
Are donations tax deductible?
Keaton's Kindness Foundation is a 501(c)(3), and all donations are tax deductible and greatly appreciated. Event tickets and tables include the fair market value of goods and services, so only the remainder may be deductible. See the tax-deductible giving page, and consult your tax advisor.
Can I give monthly?
Yes. For as little as $5/month you could help fund us for the year. Choose monthly on the donate page.
How can I give by check?
Please send checks to Keaton's Kindness Foundation, P.O. Box 3166, Edmond, OK 73083.
Where does my gift go?
Your gift supports LEGO parties, K Days (theme parties), college scholarships, funeral cost assistance, staff appreciation, K Boosts (gifts of encouragement), holiday celebrations, random acts of kindness, elementary school kindness clubs, bell ringings, and so much more.
My child is fighting cancer or a blood disorder. How do we get on the list?
Become a K Club Kid. We'll add your family to our patient family email list so you hear about parties, events, giveaways and surprises.
How do I volunteer?
Fill out the volunteer application and a K Club member will contact you soon with more information and opportunities.
Who do I contact with a question?
Use the contact page, or write to kclub@kclubkindness.org. For golf questions, golf@kclubkindness.org.
About the gala
When does the gala begin, and where is it?
Date and venue are listed at the top of this page. Check-in and cocktail hour kick things off, followed by dinner and the program. (2026 was at Aspen Ranch in Edmond.)
What is included in my ticket price?
Your ticket includes dinner, an open bar, and access to many fun activities throughout the evening. [Client to confirm 2027 menu and caterer.]
How much of my ticket price is tax deductible?
Because of the fair market value of dinner and an open bar, individual ticket purchases are not tax deductible. Tables include seating for eight guests; the remaining portion of a sponsorship beyond the fair market value of goods and services may be tax deductible, and sponsors are encouraged to consult their tax advisor. Contributions beyond tickets, tables, or sponsorships are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
I want to sponsor a table, but I don't know who my guests will be yet.
Register for your sponsorship now. Once you know who is coming, you can add your table's guests and their contact information afterward.
What activities can I expect?
A live and silent auction, a raffle, a wine/liquor pull, and several other fun ways to help the K Club meet our goal. Come ready to play! There is also a dessert auction.
Can I bid remotely?
Yes. If you can't make it, you can create an account and bid remotely. You are responsible for picking up the items you win or paying for shipping.
I can't attend this year. Can I still help?
Of course! You can make a general donation toward the event or join Keaton's Green Team, which requires a $250+ donation and includes a mention in the program at the gala.
Are kids allowed at the gala?
Since our event is geared toward adults, we ask that the only kids in attendance are our patient friends who attend with their parents. Several K Club Kids usually attend.
Can I buy an individual ticket?
Yes, but we assign seats, so if you have specific people you want to sit with, we recommend purchasing a table.
What if I know someone who wants to donate to the auction?
Please send them our way! We are always looking for quality auction items and experiences. Contact Holly at kclub@kclubkindness.org.
Will tickets be sold at the door?
Maybe. If we sell out, tickets will not be available at the door, so we recommend buying yours early.
