We keep this short and plain.
Draft for the Foundation's review before launch
What we collect
When you donate, register for an event, buy tickets, bid, or fill out a form (volunteer, K Club Kids, K Boost, scholarship, teen board, contact), we collect what you type into it, such as your name, email, phone, mailing address, and your gift or order details.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe and never touches our servers or is stored by the Foundation.
How we use it
To process your gift or order, send receipts and thank-you notes, run our events and programs, and keep in touch about the K Club. [Confirm: whether we email updates, and how to opt out]
Spam protection
Our forms use bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and basic rate limiting to keep spam out.
Children
Forms for K Club Kids are completed by a parent or guardian.
